The National Association of Chimney Sweeps recommends that chimneys are swept at the following intervals:-
Wood - Quarterly when in use.
Coal - At least twice a year.
Smokeless fuel - At least once a year.
Gas/Oil - At least once a year.
Also don't forget to test your Carbon Monoxide and Smoke detectors regularly.

Bird / Vermin Nest Removal

Some nests are large in size and could take a considerable time to remove so there may be a further hourly charge, this will be quoted on site.
Bird nests cannot be removed if they are active.

Call out charge £20
If your chimney is in a poor condition and cannot be swept on the day a call out fee of £20 will be charged.
