SHIPPING

"Local Pick-up" option is available for customers who reside in the New York Area and prefer to pick up their items. Note: "Local Pick-up" does not mean free delivery!

Items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days priority mail after processing time. For Tutu's and for all other custom/special orders please allow at least 14 days for production. We try to meet your deadline as best as we can. If you need a rush order, please send us an email at bytinadesign@gmail.com with RUSH in the subject line (an additional $5 charge for Rush Orders).

Invoice will be adjusted for Canada and International Shipping. Thank you!

REFUND/RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our products, no refunds can be given on handmade items. However feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please be sure to contact us immediately within the first 3 -5 days of purchase and we will gladly try to accommodate you. We find we have an extremely low return rate and are proud of the impeccable quality of our items. However, we are more than happy to try to accommodate any returns or exchanges that have never been opened, worn or tampered with. We urge you to send back any items approved for return/exchange using USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
