Hi, my name is Ben and I am philosopher. I received my MA and PhD from UW (Seattle, WA) and my BA from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR). I teach and study in areas of ethics, especially biomedical and environmental. 

In the Fall of 2022, I am starting as an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Marywood University, in Scranton, PA. 

Update 3/1/2023: Shockingly, I was notified that my tenure-track position has been eliminated from Marywood University's budget next year.  I'm looking for employment for 2023-2024.
