Probationary Period
Members at Buspatch agree upon joining to follow our membership agreement and other community guidelines. Probationary periods are designed to provide members with extra guidance & support to help ensure they understand these expectations, and help them be able to achieve this baseline. They include:
Probationary periods are assigned to both new members and members who have fallen out of good standing by not fulfilling these expectations. For new members, it can be considered a trial period. For existing members entering a probationary period, it should be considered official 30-day notice to improve conduct or leave. Members who do not wish to cooperate to participate in the probationary period with the goal of improving conduct may instead sign a membership termination agreement.
At the completion of each 30-day probationary period, we hope and expect members will be well-versed in their expectations, and comfortable following them. If a member fails to meet these minimum expectations, they will be asked to leave by the end of the 30 day period.
