We are a boy led troop and currently have about 25 boys ranging in age from 11 to 17. Our Troop scouts and leaders provide a Scouting program based on the Scout Oath and Law.
We have Scouts all along the Scouting journey that have earned various ranks. Our Troop has a great balance of adventure, family, fun, character, responsibility, and leadership.
We are a Troop that lives Scout Spirit in our daily lives. We understand that Scouting is a program that provides training and opportunities to become the best young men possible . We demonstrate our Scout Spirit in our daily lives. Our Scouts are very involved in the church ministry, community events, school activities, and sports.
We are always looking for new members and boys interested in scouting.

The History of Troop 25
The troop has been in existence since 1935 and currently operates within the Frontier District of the Tukabatchee Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. Our Chartering Organization is First United Methodist Church, Prattville, Alabama.
Since 1935 thousands of boys having been members of Troop 25. Of those boys, over 185 earned the rank of "Eagle;" the highest rank in scouting.
About Tuckabatchee Area Council
The Tukabatchee Area Council, based in Montgomery, AL, serves 14 counties in south central Alabama and is divided into four traditional districts plus Exploring. Communities within the Council's service area include Prattville, Selma, Alexander City, Marion, Millbrook, Clanton, Greenville, Camden, Tuskegee, and Wetumpka.

About the Boy Scouts of America
Boy Scouts of America was incorporated on February 8, 1910, and chartered by Congress in 1916. experience for youth in the fifth grade through high school. Service, community engagement and leadership development become increasingly important parts of the program as youth lead their own activities and work their way toward earning Scouting's highest rank, Eagle Scout.
