Upcoming Events

Hi everyone,

We have a couple of important events and trips coming up and several notes/requests for these events:

Elections(12/3): If any scouts wish to run for a leadership position please inform me, Zack, and Mr. Murphy beforehand.

Court of Honor(COH)(12/10): We are looking for a volunteer to be master of ceremonies(MC) for the COH. Being MC would satisfy a requirement for the Communications merit badge (Eagle required), and there are not many opportunities to fulfill this requirement. The responsibilities of the MC are to create the pamphlets and slideshow for the COH and to announce the rank advancements, awards, etc. at the COH. The MC will get all the help needed to finish everything. If any scouts are willing to be MC please let me, Zack, Mr. and Mrs. Murphy know ASAP.

Winter Campout(12/14-16): Location, details, and sign up will be sent out some time this week.

Yankee Swap(12/17): All scouts(and scoutmasters) should bring a wrapped gift(suggested worth of about $15). Joke gifts are OK as long as something good is included. The goal is for a fun time to be had by all.

No meeting 12/24 or 12/31: Happy Holidays!

Eagle Court of Honor for Evan A - 1/6/19 at 2:00 pm at the VFW. Class A's please.

Ski/Snowboard Trip(1/11-13): We will be staying at D Acres once again after our great time there last year. Scouts' families are welcome to join Troop 13 on this outing. All other details are TBD.
