Welcome to Scoutbook. Below is a pamphlet from Scoutbook on suggested things for parents to do. You don't need to have a picture or write a bio (but it is nice). Trained leader status does include committee members for Youth Protection status. The instructions are a general guide to get to know Scoutbook.
