About Us

We are a very active Boy led Scout Troop. We meet weekly, on Monday nights, and have at least one Troop outing every month. We mix our activities between Backpacking, Car Camping, and other activities. We are not an "Eagle Factory" Troop, but our Scouts have been very successful in reaching that rank - check out our Eagle page! Please come visit us at any meeting 7:00 – 8:30 Monday nights

Past Outings for the last several years:

Historical Outing locations include Gettysburg, Appomattox, Antietam, Baltimore, Annapolis, Harpers Ferry, and others

Backpacking locations include False Cape, Saint Mary's Wilderness, Ramsey's Draft Wilderness, Apple Orchard Falls, The Hundred Mile Wilderness, The Presidential Range, Mount Whitney, Old Rag, Harpers Creek, and many more.

Bike Trips include Yorktown, Jamestown, C&O Canal, Long Bridge Trail, and others

Canoe and Kayak Trips primarily on the Shenandoah and James Rivers
