The teachers and the school really need important equipment and supplies!

Now that Indiana does not collect book fees at the beginning of the year, it has affected the budget and the school’s ability to buy things they used to in the past.  The PSG can meet that gap and help provide support. 📖

Consider donating generously to help our teachers get curriculum workbooks, refill the recess carts with plenty of balls for outside, provide the school with social events like parties, grants for specific teachers and their needs, and teacher appreciation meals and coffee!

In the past, grants to provide instruments,🪈 art materials, 🎨 gym mats, and dodgeballs have been given to our Specials teachers whose budgets have been especially cut over the years. Did you know that 6 dodgeballs cost around $100? And gymnastic mats can be $600 or more? Everything adds up fast, and is used daily by hundreds of students. We are so proud to be able to assist the school in purchasing these items that enrich learning.

The library is in dire need of more books to help the kids with ⚔️Book Battles🤺 and Hoosier Reader goals. With inflation, their existing budgets aren’t stretching as far and they cannot purchase as many books as they could in the past. We’ve never seen our kids more motivated to read until they participated in “Book Battles”. Let's encourage this momentum with MORE books!! 📚

Just a couple weeks ago, two (old) microwaves broke in the staff lounge, and we were able to replace them with shiny new working ones!
