To make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
BCCPTA/PTSAs will continue to make health, education and welfare of the children the first priority on our agenda. Our membership and leadership will reflect the diversity of the county we represent. We will respond to the needs of our members with appropriate programs and services with a refined governance structure, fiscally sound practices and with strong, well-trained leadership. We will increase the number and commitment of our members with measurable results and accountability. Positive social change will occur through BCCPTA/PTSA involvement in child advocacy, parenting education and partnering of education.
Collaboration: We work in partnership with a wide array of individuals and organizations to accomplish our agreed-upon goals.
Commitment: We are dedicated to promoting children’s health, well-being, and educational success through strong parent, family, and community involvement.
Accountability: We acknowledge our obligations. We deliver on our promises.
Respect: We value our colleagues and ourselves. We expect the same high quality of effort and thought from ourselves as we do from others.
Inclusivity: We invite the stranger and welcome the newcomer. We value and seek input from as wide a spectrum of viewpoints and experiences as possible.
Integrity: We act consistently with our beliefs. When we err, we acknowledge the mistake and seek to make amends.

The National PTA’s Reflections program provides opportunities for recognition and access to the arts which boosts student confidence and success in the arts and in life.
Each year, over 300,000 students in Pre-K through Grade 12 create original works of art in response to a student selected theme. This 50+ year-old program helps them explore their own thoughts, feelings, and ideas, develop artistic literacy, increase confidence, and find a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life.
The theme for the 2025-2026 program year is “I Belong”. Students should submit their completed works of art in one or all of the available arts categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, and Visual Arts.

The United State Department of Agriculture requires students to pay for meals based on Meal Eligibility Status. It may not always be possible for families whose children are required to pay Reduced or Paid price for meals to have funds available, as families may struggle with additional expenses depending on circumstances.
In an effort to assist families, the opportunity to donate meal funds for students is available.
A portion of each gift supports the vital administrative functions that help us deliver our programs efficiently and effectively.
If you would like to donate to a specific school please indicate the name of the school under “Donation Designation” otherwise donations will be designated for all schools.
