Flavia Andreea Constantinescu

Flavia is originally from Bucharest, Romania. She studied Biochemistry at the University of Oxford and first joined the Brockdorff lab as an undergraduate summer student. After graduating, she returned to the lab as a DPhil student, funded by the Department of Biochemistry and the Clarendon Fund. She is interested in understanding the dynamics of SmcHD1 in X inactivation using microscopy-based approaches.
