Our annual booth lottery for the Youth Fair is scheduled to be held after the September 9, 2026 PTA Board meeting at the Brightwood cafetorium. The meeting will start at 7:30 pm.

If your group/organization is interested in having a booth at our fair, please download and complete our booth sign up form.  Please bring your $25 OR $50 booth fee during the meeting ($25 for Brightwood Booth Space, $50 for Outside/Community Booth Space). If writing a check, please make it out to "Brightwood PTA".  At least one representative from your grade or organization must attend the Youth Fair booth selection lottery on September 9. Priority of booths will go as follows: school and grade levels will have first priority, next will be school affiliated groups and programs, finally any outside community based groups.
