Why Use Us
Bright Light Ministries is a teaching and preaching ministry. "Putting the Lord's business in the street".
Preaching the same old gospel, that John the Baptist and Jesus Christ taught. Our teaching foundation is Sound Doctrine, teaching that every one thing has two sides. Our founder the Rev.Tommy Dyer (thunder the baptist) has more than 43 yrs. of teaching and preaching experience. Ten yrs. of writing on thunder's blog with great success.
Holding fast to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.
St. Mark 16:15 "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature". Compassion, Concern, and Contact is our goal.
We want to invite you to be a Christ Crusader. Be a Witness for the Lord. Make sure that Jesus Christ is your personal Savior.
If you do not know Him, seek Him. He is waiting for you.
Our Experience Shows
With a little faith and some hard work, it will pay off. Doing this work is rewarding and there is no greater joy than seeing souls being saved! After traveling over a 30 yr. period, preaching and teaching the Word of God has been my great joy. As a long-term substitute teacher in the San Antonio I.S.D. and the Tyler I.S.D. has been rewarding. My work in the classrooms of pre-k through 12th grade has been remarkable! Teaching young students the value of self-worth and "start a task, finish a task," has been my goal.
God has blessed me to grow in Faith and in Spirit
1. INSIGHT, the ability to use common sense in a spiritual way. 2. DISCERNMENT, and the ability to know right from wrong. To avoid the work of darkness and remain steadfast in the work of the Lord. Being a witness is to be prepared. 3. COMMITMENT, preparation should be made before starting any job. Without commitment, our work has no power.
Be filled with the Holy Spirit of God. He will help you to lift up the name of Jesus Christ. Without Christ, we can do nothing. Christ must be first!
Our work as thunder the baptist, cannot be overlooked. There is an inspiring word on Thunder's Blog, many have received helped and have been led to Christ.

We are more than Conquerors in Christ. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.
