2022 Board Elections

Shelby Palmer is a REALTOR with Equity Real Estate. She has been a REALTOR for 20 years and has previously served as a Director on the Board. "I love being a REALTOR and I love our little (but growing) community! I'm grateful for the BTBR, for Chris, and for the Affiliates. I've served in a few different capacities including committees and the Board of Directors, but because of family commitments, running or serving in this capacity has not been an option. As all of my kids have grown and the Board has supported me through those years, I feel like it's my turn to give back. I look forward to an opportunity to represent our small, but powerful Board in Utah and to continue to be a voice for each of you as President-elect."

Jeanette is a REALTOR with Century 21 Everest. She has been a REALTOR for 8 years and has previously served as a Director on the Board and a Committee Chair. "I look forward to representing our Board and members of our Real Estate community. It is important that we as REALTORS are more involved in the growth of our community in regards to real estate and business."

Sara Davenport is with Perfect Fit Real Estate and has been a REALTOR for 4 years. " I have loved being a member of the Brigham Tremonton Board of REALTORS. Deb Allred is with Coldwell Banker Tugaw in Tremonton. She has been a REALTOR for two years and is currently serving as Chair of the Government Affairs Committee. " When I started in real estate it was with an attitude to help my family and be more a part of my community. I quickly learned that it is so much more than just buying or selling homes. I am so grateful to be given the opportunity to serve in Government Affairs and I would like to continue that service by being on the Board as a Director. I am not the loudest person around, but I am definitely one of the most passionate."

Sarah is with Equity Real Estate in Ogden. She has been a REALTOR for 13 years and is currently serving as a Director on the Board. "I have a special place in my heart for Box Elder County. I was born and raised in this area and I feel like we have a great commune relationship with city and county leaders. I believe our community participation as REALTORS can make a big difference in the scope of our outreach in helping others and helping with local programs which are built to better our community. I look forward to incorporating more combined efforts with our local leaders and would love the opportunity to serve my peers."
