File annual tax returns
File Michigan annual report serving as the registered agent
Post monthly and annual budgets
Pay accounts payable
Annual dues notice and collections
Handle all late dues payers
Insurance contracts
Lawn, snow, sprinkler and mulch contracts
Homeowner lawsuits
Accept homeowner complaints and disputes
General Maintenance & Beautification
Monitor post office mail
Monitor island/cul de sac/boardwalk conditions or overgrowth
Storage unit (i.e. go get community equipment and supplies)
Community sign placement/removal/storage
Pond maintenance fountains and aerators
Geese/muskrat control and deterrents
Organize spring and fall plantings
Seasonal decorations
Community improvements
Commons areas
