Below are two links to online sheets that I provide my students to provide them with feedback on their progress throughout the year.

Progress in attaining proficiency at each of the course standards is recorded and updated after every summative assessment in the course.

This allows students one simple location where they can easily monitor their growth and identify academic strengths, as well as areas of improvement to focus their attention and ensure they are taking responsibility for their own learning and skill-building.
