Bio: My Bachelor’s degree, from Florida State University, is a double major in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. I continued on at FSU to get a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education and a Master’s degree in Statistics. While working towards a PhD in Statistics (never completed), I was able to get my dream job of a college instructor. Florida State College at Jacksonville has been my home ever since. When not teaching, I love outdoor activities such as: fishing, backpacking, hiking, white water rafting, snowshoeing, skiing, scuba diving, hunting, camping, canoeing, boating, and traveling.
