Assignment 1: Hidden Agreement – “Where Do I Approve Harm Without Acting?”

• Reflect on moments where you:

  • Stayed silent while someone was mistreated

  • Internally agreed with criticism or rejection

👉 Ask:

• Did my silence function as agreement?

Assignment 2: Courage Practice – “Speak Life Instead”

• This week, when you hear:

  • Gossip

  • Harsh judgment

👉 Respond with one of the following:

• A redirecting comment

• A positive statement

• Silence that does not affirm negativity
