Why am I asked to log in with my google-account to view the music?

Sometimes in Google Chrome I am directed to this site, where I have to login with my Google account. If Google wants you to login or create an account you can ignore it. Either use an other browser or click download on the file in the list at the bottom of the page instead. This seems to work always.

picture: I am redirected to this page and asked to log in to see the acual sheet music in Google Chrome. I wonder why this happens sometimes?
