KINE 3620: Biomechanics (Lecture & Lab only)
This course is designed to develop a fundamental understanding of the anatomical, neuromuscular, and biomechanical principles of human movement. The goal of this course is to teach the basic concepts in team strategy and skills involved in batting, throwing, fielding, and pitching. The course will also cover the rules, terminology, and proper conditioning principles necessary for successful play. Syllabus

This course is designed to cover the basic concepts of wellness. Emphasis will be placed on evaluation of personal levels of fitness, development of skills necessary to design a personal health/fitness program and the benefits associated with application of the appropriate wellness principles.
