Shannon Gubbler - President
I have been proud to call this community home since 2011, where I have raised my five children and built lasting connections with neighbors. Over the years, I have also served our board in numerous roles, including as the accountant and as a member of various committees. This neighborhood means a great deal to my family and me, and I am excited to serve as president to help strengthen our community, address shared concerns, and continue improving the place we all call home.
Jerry Gossett - Vice President
I am a retired Civil Engineer. I worked for the Ga. Department of Transportation for 32 years as the Administrator of Law Enforcement Officers for the State of Georgia. I was the president of the GDOT Engineers’ Association and manager of the Georgia Safety Management System. After working with the GDOT, I founded Gossett Consulting Services and joined the National Safety Council, where I trained employees of construction companies in roadway safety.
Now retired, I enjoy gardening and woodworking and am active in my local church. I am also serving as the President of the Local Chapter 1625 of Woodmen Life. Now as vice president of the Brentwood Park & Cameron HOA, I will bring my years of experience to help make our community safe and secure for everyone to enjoy.
Phyllis Dillard - Treasurer
I have been a BOD member for USA Boxing/GABA (Georgia Amateur Boxing Association). This is a non-profit organization that sends amateur athletes to the USA Olympics. The BOD positions I held were Treasurer and Secretary. I am also retired from AT&T, where I had a Managerial Career. My tenure there was 33 years. I am also a mother, grandmother, wife, and recently a great-grandmother (“Gigi”).
Dylan Alperin - Secretary
I’m Dylan, a BPCC resident since 2024, husband, dad, and HOA board member. I’m excited to help make our neighborhood an even better place to live by improving communication, making HOA resources easier to access, and helping organize events and initiatives that bring neighbors together. I’m always happy to hear ideas, questions, or feedback from fellow residents. Professionally I work in the software industry where I lead Customer Excellence and have nearly 20 years of experience across logistics, supply chain, and procurement.
Brentwood Park and Cameron Creek has a Homeowners' Association that is comprised of 127 homeowners between the two joint communities. There is a HOA meeting at the Clubhouse once a month at 7 PM. Please check the Calendar Page on this site to confirm the dates for each month or contact the board at: bpcc.admin@gmail.com to for the specific month's date. Any communities issue you wish to raise to the Board during this meeting should be communicated prior to the meeting, so that it can be put on the agenda for discussion. Our Board of Directors are elected for 2-years terms. HOA meetings are open to all residents.
