This is the general organization of our PTO board. We certainly are always evolving and do what is needed of us with the help of our members. We encourage everyone to become involved!
President -Host PTO meetings
-Agenda for the meetings
-Calendar
-Organize volunteers for events/committees
Treasurer -Receive all monies/payout all monies
-Supply budget/transactions at every monthly meeting
-Inform PTO of expenditures/receivables
-Provide Bank Statements Monthly
Secretary -Take notes during meetings
-Distribute minutes of the meetings (email, website, etc)
-Keep attendance of members
-Keep records of agendas, minutes, fundraiser information
Staff Representative-Inform PTO Officers of school wide happenings
-Offer past/present situations regarding the school
-Answer questions the Officers may have regarding
school policies/practices
