Boroughmuir Ladies Hockey

Boroughmuir Hockey Club is a long-established club, formed by high school pupils in 1922, currently based at the Meggetland Sports Complex, Edinburgh 

Over the years our players have had trials for Scotland, umpired at the Olympics, and held prestigious positions in the Scottish Hockey Union.

The club has almost over 60 players training at Meggetland with a social base at the Meggetland Rugby Club House. The club has an excellent reputation on and off the pitch, being well organised, competitive, and social.

Our women’s 1st XI team competes in East District Womens League 1st Division. Our women’s 2nd XI competes in East District Womens League 3rd Division. The club has one indoor team that competes in East District League.

The club has great links to the Boroughmuir Bears Rugby and Boroughmuir High School.
