Welcome to E-portfolio's Boonsub Sakboonyarat!!
Boonsub is a faculty member at the Department of Military and Community Medicine at Phramongkutklao College of Medicine in Bangkok, Thailand. He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in 2016 and obtained a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston in 2022. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Epidemiology at the School of Public Health, University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN.
Because of my outstanding academic records and my contributions to public health research, I was selected by the medical school board to be a new faculty member of the Department of Military and Community Medicine at Phramongkutklao College of Medicine, Thailand.
I aim to perform studies and establish innovations in collaboration with other Southeast Asia countries. Importantly, to promote better health physically and mentally, I will promote the effectiveness of public health intervention at both the community and the national levels. I will devote my time and energy to developing the public health system of my country to promote health equity for everyone, especially currently underserved populations. Eventually, as a faculty member, I will integrate a public health program into the Doctor of Medicine curriculum. The graduated doctors will apply knowledge and skills in public health in their subsequent careers, resulting in better health for the population.
