Welcome to this year’s BOCM PAULS Pension Scheme newsletter.

The world of pensions rarely stays still for long and 2025 has proved to be no exception.

Already we’ve seen market fluctuations caused by events in the USA and further afield, the beginning of a new Pension Schemes Bill and ongoing work to get the Pensions Dashboards programme ready for launch (page 5).

The Scheme itself has welcomed a new administrator (page 3) and finalised our triennial valuation (page 3), all while continuing to ensure your benefits are secure and well managed.

As we creep closer to the end of the year, there are a few changes still to come, including a significant shift in how the Scheme will be governed (page 2).
