Shop Diagnostic Fee

In the event that a service is going to take a considerable amount of time or can not be completed on-site, it may be necessary to take the hardware back to the shop for overnight service or extended testing/diagnostics.

If we can provide a reasonable solution and the client does not wish to implement the solution, then a $40 diagnostic fee will be applied in order to cover the costs of fuel to and from the client.
