1. Nature of Service

SSP Market Tracker provides a platform for tracking macroeconomic data, including official exchange rates, secondary market analytics, and petroleum production metrics in South Sudan. This application is an educational and research tool intended to provide market transparency.

• No Transactions: This app does not facilitate, encourage, or provide a platform for financial transactions, currency exchange, or commodity trading.

• Informational Purpose: All data is for historical and analytical reference only.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Safety

To maintain a safe and legal environment, all users must adhere to our strict content standards:

• Zero Tolerance: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Users may not post material that is illegal, offensive, or promotes reckless financial behavior.

• No Coordination: Users are strictly prohibited from using the messaging or posting features to coordinate the sale of goods, services, or currency.

• Reporting & Moderation: Users can report any objectionable content via the in-app "Report" feature. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts for any violation of these terms.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the service for any purpose that violates the laws of South Sudan or their local jurisdiction. Any attempt to use the platform to facilitate "black market" activities, fraudulent schemes, or unregulated financial solicitation will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Market data and petroleum production figures are sourced from a combination of community reports and public records. SSP Market Tracker does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this data. Use of this information for financial decision-making is at the user’s own risk; we are not responsible for any financial losses.
