Welcome to Vignesh's site.

I am currently working as Technical Specialist Civil at Shell providing engineering support in the design of oil and gas onshore structures and foundations viz., pipe racks & cable trays, technological structures, shelters, pavements, and general civil works.

My experience span more than a decade in the design of steel structures for Oil and Gas (Greenfield and Brownfield), Thermal power plant Boilers, pipe racks & cable trays, equipment’s, and Air quality control systems (Pollution control FGD, SNCR, SCR) for thermal power plants, power transmission line tower structures, bridges and highways.

I am a Registered Chartered civil engineer India, from the “Institution of engineers, India” – License number: M1670675 with Engineer in training professional, USA from NCEES – License number: 13109-50131 (Michigan State).

I hold Masters degree in Structural and Earthquake engineering (MS) from University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, USA and Bachelor's degree (B.E. Hons.) in Civil engineering from BITS Pilani, India.

I have shared my projects and brief work experience (15+ yrs) in this site and also uploaded some pics to give an in-depth feel of the projects that I have carried out.
