Time series analysis
TIME (Temporal Insights into Microbial Ecology) is a web application which enables researchers to visually explore, make logical inferences, and gather insights from time series datasets. Although developed for microbiome time series data, TIME can also be used for other time series data given that it is uploaded in the same format. The intuitive and interactive mouse operations allow the end users to visually explore the datasets and generate meaningful insights. The generated plots as well as the tables can be easily downloaded for publication or further analysis.
