I am a senior lecturer at the Business School, the University of Auckland. Previously, I was a senior lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Business School and a member of the Federmann Center for the Study of Rationality. I also serve as Treasurer of the Operations Research Society of Israel (ORSIS).
From 2016 to 2018, I was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Statistics at the University of Auckland, working with Prof. Ilze Ziedins. I earned my PhD in Statistics at the Department of Statistics and the Federmann Center for the Study of Rationality in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, advised by Prof. Moshe Haviv.
My research lies in operations research, with a focus on stochastic modeling, queueing theory, decision making, and strategic behavior in queues.
