Linda Geiger - Drums/Percussion - Ms. Geiger is a Wisconsin native who later settled in San Francisco. She played in all the local SF clubs, and performed in the house band at Slim's, a Boz Scaggs-owned club. She backed up such greats as Bonnie Raitt and Huey Lewis. She also performed with future Robert Cray Band members Jim Pugh and Karl Sevareid and later she backed Etta James.

While still based out of San Francisco, Ms. Geiger both played locally and toured internationally with Charlie Musselwhite, a Grammy nominee and winner of 19 W.C. Handy awards for his harp playing.  She was chosen to go on a U.S. tour with Jimmy Buffet, playing in the opening band with his harpist, Fingers Taylor. She also performed with recording artist and Grammy nominee blues harmonica player, Mark Hummel. Other notable tours were with Lowell Fulsom and Brownie McGhee and one of her larger venues was performing at Soldier Field at a Budweiser Superfest.

Linda will tell you she’s been playing the drums since the 6th grade in school, she is self taught and took “lessons along the way- no one famous though”.
