Westward Ho! is only 2 miles away with a superb Blue Flag beach.
On a clear day the island on Lundy is visible as are the headlands towards both Croyde and Abbotsham.
A short drive and you can reach Hartland point where you can view the dramatic coastline, cliffs and seascapes.
Even closer are the quaint cobbled streets of the seaside village of Clovelly
Add these to the close by attractions of the "Big Sheep" and "Affinity Devon" formerly known as "Atlantic Village" there is something for everyone within a very short drive.
