Each person in the group was assigned some of these factors: Function, Aesthetics, Ergonomics, Safety, Cost, Standardization, Quality Control, Ease of Maintenance, Durability, Environment. With our assigned factors, we analyzed each part drawing of the caster bike and made changes to it so that the piece complied more to our factors.
After we individually made our changes to the design, we got together as a group and decided which changes each of us came up with that we would keep and which ones we would not apply. From there, we made the design revisions and created new IDW's, analyzed those for mistakes and then fixed the mistakes.
