   2. Get the Playmetrics App APP Store      Google Play  

   3. Fill out the Tryout Form and Fee - PlayMetrics Now Open 

   4. Register for BHS Boys Soccer Opens 8/1 using the Parent SchoolPay Account.  (Getting Started with SchoolPay Directions)

• You will pay, and fill out an Eligibility, Transportation, and an additional Information Form.

1. 5. Current Physical on File at Blaine High School (Physical Form) 

      • Free Physicals are available from TCO. (Will Post in May)

      • Please note that your student must have a valid physical on file in order to register. (they are good for 3 years) 

      • If you need to turn in a new physical, please email it to Molly.Gamble@ahschools.us in the activities office.

(This usually follows incoming 9th graders from Middle School. If you are in doubt, schedule a physical with your doctor as soon as possible, try a Minute Clinic, or sign up for a free physical by following the directions below.)
