About Me

I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and attended Stuyvesant High School. I went to Wellesley College, where I majored in English and mathematics. I did my PhD at Boston College, where my advisor was Mark Reeder. After graduating, I moved to Cambridge, UK, where I worked with Jack Thorne and was a fellow and tutor at Murray Edwards College. I then held a junior research fellowship at Somerville College Oxford. Before I decided to get a PhD in mathematics, I worked in literary editing. I still edit galleys for AGNI Magazine.
