Named in honor of former principal, Thomas F. Galvin, our Library Media Center aims to support students and teachers’ learning:

  • Through our collection of books, databases, and other reference materials, we support independent learning and creating.
  • Through our collections of non-fiction, fiction, graphic literature, and periodicals we support independent reading and career exploration.
  • Through our professional collection, we support teachers’ self improvement and research.
  • With our flexible space and available resources, we provide a common space for meeting, studying, and creating.
  • Through our Technology Integration Specialist, the Library Media Center provides technical assistance to students and staff and supports BHS' 1:1 Chromebook Initiative.
