Berlin Chen (陳柏琳) is a Distinguished Professor of the Computer Science and Information Engineering Department at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), Taipei, Taiwan. Prof. Chen's research interests generally lie in the areas of speech recognition and natural language processing, multimedia information retrieval, computer-assisted language learning, and machine learning in general.
