My main focus in reflecting on this portfolio focuses on how can I continue to grow professionally and how can I help others grow and develop as professionals. My goal is to foster educational leadership through collaboration with teachers, administrators, children's advocates, and all educational stakeholders.

While creating and changing this professional portfolio I am current considering the following:

What other effective tools do I need to grow professionally?

I want to continue to enhance my skills professionally as well as when it comes to communication. Going forward I am looking at other ways to diversify educational leadership.

How can I collaborate with and inform others about ongoing professional development and educational leadership?

Communication is vital to sharing information with colleagues but also to contributing to the growth of teachers and learners. Looking ahead I am exploring other ways to collaborate and showcase learning. This could be via Twitter, Blogs, and other websites. The goal is to work with other educational leaders to promote and contribute to effective teaching and learning.
