On February 10, 1966, a small service center began operations in Orange CT. Its owner, Benjamin Santamauro, made “Customer Satisfaction” his number one priority. He always went the extra mile to make sure his clients were happy with the workmanship and quality of the repair done on their vehicles.
Throughout the years, Ben's Service Center grew. Customers kept coming back, because they knew they could count on Ben's to do the job right.
As the years passed, the people, equipment and operations changed, but the level of “Customer Satisfaction” did not. 55 years later, the Santamauro family continues to operate Ben's Service Center. Ben along with his wife Andrea, son Bob Santamauro, John Moore, Ernie Burton, Joey Burton, Pat Scirocco, can't forget the front of the house crew, , Brittney. Larry B, & Jennifer, this crew is as dedicated to serving today’s clients as the first one was to pleasing customers of yesteryear.
