Susan Bender's career in the television distribution business began in Los Angeles in 1972 at Metromedia Producers Corp., a subsidiary of Metromedia Inc. owned by John Kluge. Susan was involved in all facets of the distribution business, beginning in accounting, promoted to Director of Worldwide Contract Administration, and further promoted to Executive Director of International Sales.

In 1986, Susan left Metromedia to become Vice President of Latin American Television Sales for Paramount Pictures, where she remained for 20 years. Susan then opened her own company, SLB Enterprises Inc., formerly Bender Media Services Corp., and is headquarted in New York City.

Sally Treibel began her career in the television business in 1985, when she joined The Silverbach-Lazarus Group as Director of Contract Administration, based in Los Angeles. In 1994, she was offered the position of Senior Sales Executive for Public Television International and remained there for 2 years. In 1996 Sally accepted the position of Executive Vice President for Seagull Communications, a Latin American Television Distribution Company headquarted in Lima, Peru, with Sally heading up the Los Angeles office. Sally remained at Seagull until 2006.

When Susan formed the former Bender Media Services Corp., she recruited Sally as Executive Vice President of the Company, and Sally relocated from Los Angeles to New York City.
