This picture was taken at the end of the sponsored walk organised by Mick Nelson to raise funds for his Mayoral charity "Cardiac Rehab Unit" in Derby. Owen had had a quadruple bypass sixth months previously and the 8 mile walk from Derby to Belper Market Place had been a recovery target, hence the smile on his face. His grandson, Robert, had walked the last six miles with him.
