Asp viper in France

There are five snakes in France that are vemomous, four of which are vipers with retractable fangs which are capable of inflicing a bite on a human. The 5th venomous snake is the Montpellier snake that has fixed rear facing fangs at the back of its mouth and is incapeable of actually biting a human unless they put their fingers in its mouth.

The four vipers are:

Il y a cinq serpents venimeux en France dont quatre vipères à crochets rétractables capables de mordre un humain. La 5em serpent est la couleuvre de Montpellier équipée de crochets à venin situés à l'arrière de sa gueule et la rendent incapable de mordre un humain, à moins d'enfoncer son doigt dans sa bouche.
