The club began at Raytheon Aircraft Company in 2005 as the RAC Pack Motorcycle Club. When the company was sold to Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, the name was changed to the Beechcraft Drifters Motorcycle Club and remained the same throughout the many company name changes.

The primary objectives of the Beechcraft Drifters Motorcycle Club are to:

Attend motorcycle activities throughout the riding season,

Provide safety & training opportunities, and

Promote good fellowship for members and family.
