Recipes

All the time I am getting asked about what I eat, what to eat, and what athletes should eat. I have gathered many recipes, some of my own, some from great sources, but pretty much every recipe is "clean" and uses better ingredients than the traditional that will benefit not only athletes, but the entire family. I will keep adding as I have quite the collection. Feel free to print them out and save them.
