Fixtures
Wednesday night - a team will play at 7.10 pm or 8.05 pm, note start times are slightly later than previous years.
Maximum 14 players per side on the night.
Coaches and players on or off the pitch must behave in an appropriate manner, a team captain is the only person allowed to talk to the referee during the game to get explanations as to a decision, however this will take place when there is a suitable break in the game. Action will be taken against teams that fail to adhere to this instruction.
After the game referees will confirm the score with team captains.
No team can be guaranteed a specific time slot, though I will do my best to fulfil one off requests.
Matches are 40mins duration ( 2x20mins)
Subs can roll on and roll off during the game
Substitutions can only be made in the designated area, between the orange cones
A substitute can only come on when the on field player has left the field of play between the orange cones
