Our quarterly maintenance fee covers the following privileges:

• • Potable water for home use 

  • Effluent water for outside use only (not for human consumption)  

  • Lawn mowing 

  • Blue Stream Fiber 

  • Garbage pick up twice a week (Monday & Thursday) 

  • Trimmings, bush cuttings, etc. pick up once a week (Wednesday)

• • Geothermal heated and cooled pool 

  • Pavilion with picnic tables and grill

  • Shuffleboard courts 

  • Horseshoe courts 

  • Bocce Ball courts

  • Tennis and Pickle ball courts

  • A variety of planned social activities
