A Brief Biography

Dr. Arif Basgumus received his B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics Engineering Department from Uludag University, Bursa, Turkey. He is currently an Assistant Professor Doctor. He is married and has one son and one daughter.

His current research interests include cognitive radio networks, interference alignment, cooperative communications, relay networks, and optical communication systems. He is a member of the Information and Communications Research Group (ICRG) at Istanbul Technical University (ITU).
