The Bartlett High School Varsity Dance Team is comprised of accomplished dancers from all four grades at Bartlett High School.  The team performs throughout the year at all home football games; select boys and girls basketball games; and competes through the IHSA 3A Dance Division.   These student-athletes are extensively trained in the areas of jazz, lyrical, contemporary, pom and hip hop. 

Since Dance became an IHSA sport in 2013, the Bartlett Dance Team has qualified for state every year. In 2026, the Varsity Dance Team ranked their highest, completing the State Competition in 4th place. During the 2025-2026 competitive season, the team accomplished their best record to date. For the past three years, the dance team has won the Upstate Eight Conference Championship.
