Program of Events

• Wristbands are to be worn at all times and will be checked throughout the weekend. If your wristband is too tight or other issue please do not remove and present to the gate for replacement, a $2 replacement fee will be charged.

• ** NO GLASS IS PERMITTED IN ANY EVENT ARENA **

• Your horses MUST be cared for and contained as yards are NOT available. Yards MUST be kept to 16m2 (4m x 4m) behind your camp.

• NO DOGS WELCOME.  

• Toilet and shower facilities available throughout the weekend.

• All  under 18's are to wear a helmet at all times when on horseback. 

• Helmets must be worn in all horse events and in the arenas

• EFT Available ONLY for entry on the weekend, to purchase  auction items and at other selected locations.

• Rubbish bins are provided throughout the weekend. Please ensure all rubbish is picked up at your camp and place them in the bins provided.

• If you happen to see wildlife at the muster.  Please observe from a distance.  DO NOT harass or remove them from their homes.

• Food and merchandise stalls available throughout the weekend.
