Shaiya Exile grants you a limited license to access the Site in accordance with these Terms and the instructions and guidelines posted on the Site. Shaiya Exile reserves the rights to terminate your license to use the Site at any time and for any reason or in the future charge for commercial usage.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Site. You agree that you will not hold Shaiya Exile responsible for any kind of trouble or problem caused by using the Site. Unless specifically stated otherwise, any links to external content or website or internet location that you may find in the site does not imply any endorsement by or any affiliation with Shaiya Exile. By creating an account and downloading the Exile server you also agree to follow all the server rules and guidelines as stated in Server Rules.

and may not be used without express written permission from Shaiya Exile.
4. Account
You will be required to create an account to access our Website and our game. A separate account is required for access to the forums as well as a set of forum rules that you agree to abide by. Accounts are available only to individuals 13 years of age or older. If you are over 13 years of age but are still considered a minor, we ask that you review these terms with your parents or guardian to ensure they understand them and agree to them. By accepting the terms of use in the Agreement, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older. Note: Certain portions of our Website and our game may contain mature contents not suitable for anyone younger than 18 years of age. Shaiya Exile will not be held responsible if do not have the legal right or permission to access such content.
Only one person may use an Account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account. It is your sole responsibility to protect your account, as you all know LPH went to great lengths to make Exile the safest server to play on. You have to do your part though as well in order to protect your account from being invaded.
1. Never give your password to anyone (Staff will never ask for your password)
2. Never use same user name and password that you have used on any other server

If you follow all these safety guidelines your account will be safe from hackers.
You understand and agree that you use the Site at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that arise from such use.
5.When creating a user identity ("User ID") you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested in the required fields and promptly maintain and update such User ID to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. The information you provided shall be subject to our Privacy Policy.
You, as creator of your User ID, are completely responsible for your identity. Exile will not tolerate offensive or obscene user identities. Identities must be easy to read and can not have Admin,GM,GS,or AGS in any shape form or fashion in it. If a User ID violates any part of these terms, you will be GenNamed without warning. If your character is Gen Named you will be responsible for name changing it to a different name.
Exile is not responsible for any misuse of your User ID, you agree to hold Exile and its affiliates harmless for any improper use of such identity including, but not limited to, improper use by someone to whom you revealed your password.
